Fashion icon, the glamorous face of the past.

Marlene Dietrich
One of my alltime favourite actresses.

Picture from 'Witness for the Prosecution'
This woman was a german girl, living in the suburbs to Berlin,
dreaming a dream of becoming a big actress, on big hollywoodfilms one day.
She made it. Remember, the only one that really can stand in the way of you,
is yourself. Let go, and keep following you dreams.
She began difining simplicity in clothing, and was not afraid of taking chances.
She wore pants, when women only wore skirts, mostly wore black/white & embrazed
flamboyance and extravagance.

Her makeup was extreme and made her features look exaggerated.
Her eyebrows were skinny and high, and she always had lips in a bordeauxshade.
What she truly proved, was that a personal style, defining yourself, is something you find with time, and when you find that, you will see that you've become unique, expressing your inner beauty through your fashion, showing who you are.

Who would Karl Lagerfeld be,
without the white ponytale and dark shades?

Her fashion is truly inspiring.
If you want to watch one of her movies, I recommend 'Song of songs'

Answering questions!

If you've got any questions, leave a comment and I will answer.
(Or ask me on my formspring)

Can be bought here!

I do not answer questions about style and such, to let you copy me, it's to let you find inspiration, in what I do, and find your own personal ways of using what I use.

I've often been asked what I use to get my hair to have such a vibrant blue colour, and the answer is actually quite simple. Bleach it real good, till you've got a platinum blonde. (Cannot tell you which brand, I do not know, I'm a hairmodel, so my hair was bleached at a hairdresser) and buy 'Special Effects', a really good brand for crazy haircolors. Intensify it by leaving it in extra long, I leave it in for 45 minutes! I my self use the colour called 'Blue velvet', and am really content with the results.

Alot of people also ask me 'Why the hell do you ruin it all with such crazy haircolor? Why not leave it blonde and natural?' Well, the answer is quite simple. I always wear black/white, and I think that my hair completes my look, by showing another side of me. I love it, and it's fun!
Here's a picture of my current haircolor:

My good friend, Signe and I. I look really fat!
I also get asked why I want to be as pale as I am (my skintone is quite normal naturally), but personally I just feel that it gives my face a clean look, and I feel comfertable being completely pale, as a remarkable contrast to my black clothing. It does make my face seem as a canvas, and I truly like the effect. To make my skin as pale as it is, I use a pale foundation, and white powder by Stargazer.

(People, do not interprite me as being a racist, I embrace all skintones!)

Black is back, blue is true, beauty is rare, fair and square!

Lonely saturday morning

It's christmas morning, and I'm really bored. Doing nothing, before tonight, where I will go out with some friends. This blog is very much about everything from my perspective, but I would like to show you also who I am, what I do, and show you important things in my life. These pictures are from my room, where I mostly am, when I get home every day, and there are some pictures of what I've been doing today, haha!

The dark midtones appear, light as I knew it, fades
I look back. What I saw, was that real?
An illusion in a state of mind, like an orange within it's peal."

Photoshoot with Sarah Heydari

October 2010, I went to my very first popconcert, more precisly my first LADY GAGA concert! Yes, I am also a Lady Gaga follower, indeed, and I truly adore how she speaks to people, and shares a vision, using her voice with a message, a message often forgotten in modern times. 'Be yourself'!

Btw, this was me at the concert, photo by Annelise Eskesen, for a danish newspaper.

A lot of people do accuse her of being the biggest attentionwhore ever, but her eyecatching dresses and remarcable extreme costumes, to show that innovation is what we should rely on. We should find a way of expression, just like she does,
a way of expressing what you truly desire and contain. Dedication -

TO OURSELVES!

Well, my point with this was..
I met a girl at this Lady Gaga concert, who truly wants to be a photographer,
and she needed a model, for some pictures she had to send to a school,
where she can get the education needed. And I said yes. Here are some of the pictures:

Amazing model, Kristen McMenamy

Check out this stunning model. This is absoloutly one of my favourite shoots ever. Kristen McMenamy is not only a model, she is more likely a fashion icon, with her ash blond hair and striking harsh facial features. This is truly an inspiration to me:

Looking your best, makes your confidence peak!

I am not a shallow or judgemental person, but I truly believe, that when I look my best, and I feel confident, that that's when I am the best person I can be, showing inner beauty with outer beauty as a tool.
Can be bought  here!

So, for you people who agree, know how much a glowing skin can help this very fact, and make you more confident, and more capable of being social, and believing in yourself.
Yesterday my father gave me dead sea mud masks for the entire body, and today I tested it. It was truly amazing. My skin feels great, and I feel reborn!

No matter  which skintype you have (oily, dry etc.), mud can help, cleansing and removing dead skin. It can be used as hairmask, facial mask and complete body mask, because of it's natural minerals, that work positively for everything.

First blog entry

Hello, dear readers!

It's december, christmas morning actually, and I decided to start off the blog, that I've been planning to create since summer! As mentioned in the righthand bar, it's going to be, amongst other things, poetry and art, and I will show you a picture I took a couple of days ago. Looking out my window lately, I see snow. Lots and lots of snow and countless shades of white. It's truly amazing! Welcome to my world of beauty.

Btw, everything posted in my entries, will be made by me, unless otherwise written.
(Pictures, poems and such)

Surrounding what used to be
Now it is all silhouhettes, shapes, and rebirth
Silent whisper in white, hitting the earth."
